Plugin Conflict

I have installed your plugin and connected the cleverReach account of my client. Now in my store (www.schoeb-events.ch/events) you can no longer get further after the checkout page. But the order is proceeded and the e-mail confirmation, is sent. In the meantime I have deleted the plugin from the directory and my shop works again, but is there another way to add the source code to the checkout page?
I would very much appreciate your help in advance.
