Plugin Conflict

Hello,

We’re having an issue where the Object Caching plugin is conflicting with one of our other plugins. When we disable the Object Caching plugin, the other plugin works perfectly fine. Note that we have had a very extensive conversation with the other plugin’s support team and they have concluded that we need to reach out to you guys to figure out this conflict since we still want to use the Object Caching plugin.

Here is what their support team had to say about the issue:

“There is a functionality in our site to upload/update the product after each and every 5 minutes using cron, we are managing the “product data preparation” in our option table, and the data will modified after each and every five minutes when cron will respond. Due to your plugin after few hours we are not able to update that option table again and again.”

Can you please look into this issue?
