We were having an issue with Spectra blocks and possibly another plugin. Whenever we tried to change the color of anything (heading, border on a container, a box shadow), we had either of two things happen: The block showed a message stating “The block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed” or a white screen appeared with a message stating “The editor has encountered an unexpected error.” We ensured everything was update and then did plugin conflict testing. It appears to be a conflict with Social Warfare plugin. The editor does seem fine when that plugin is deactivated. Is this something Spectra can help with or do we need to reach out to Social Warfare developer?

    Hi @skigirl1369,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

Recently, we have released the new version of the Spectra plugin on which we have fixed the conflict issues. Please try that. You can also get in touch with the Social Warfare developer for a quick fix. If it is still not working, I would suggest you to get in touch with our support team here: https://wpspectra.com/support/

    Have a nice day!

Thank you. Unfortunately, even updating the Spectra plugin does not solve the issue. I still have the same error when I try to apply a color to a block border, background, etc. I think we’ll have to wait for Social Warfare to address the issue.
