Plugin Conflict With Displaying Posts in a Page

I created a page in a website I am working on that displays all the recent news posts. In WP under “Settings > Reading” I selected the page I want the posts to display on. However the page is displaying the posts as well as all the widgets/content from the home page between each post.

I was able to narrow down what was causing this by disabling all the plugins in the website and then reactivating them individually while checking the page. The issue only occurred when I activated the Responsive Column Widgets plugin.
