Plugin Conflict with KopaTheme FastNews

    It appears that the kopa shortcodes plugin and events manager are conflicting with each other.

    thanks for the quick but unfortunately we can’t help you out with regards to other themes or plugins however maybe you can try to ask your theme provider about it and it maybe a quick fix to them?

    Hmm I did talk to them and they said to talk to you…

    This sucks. I paid for the theme and really really rely on my Events Directory for SEO etc but also really like the photo gallery display from this theme…

    If I paid for Pro would I get support then or still no with plugin conflicts?

    Sorry, but paying for Pro support wouldn’t alter the fact we’d need to refer you to your theme provider since this issue is related to your theme.

    Hello!

    They managed to help me out with this:

    Hi,
    I’ll show you how to disable Event Manager’s gallery shortcode:
    go to wp-content > plugins > events-manager > classes > em-event.php
    remove the line:
    add_action(‘init’,’em_event_gallery_override_init’, 1000);

    you should create a copy of this file before edit.
