Plugin Conflict With MailPoet

Hi,

Thanks for making the WP-matomo plugin, works great.

I’m currently, testing your plugin alongside Mailpoet – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mailpoet/

And it seems like there is a conflict between the two plugins:

Once WP-Matomo (WP-Piwik) is activated the settings in Mailpoet become unresponsive.

This is being tested on a fresh install with only these two plugins activated.
