    Hi,

    What’s going on with your premium customers support? I’m a paid customer and send a support request 2 times already and it’s been 2 weeks without any response. Could you please take care of your paid customers.

    This is an existing issue and was already reported by another client. I’ll add a note to the bug report making reference to this forum thread.

    We received a support ticket and answered back, but the email never reached the destination.
