• New versions of the plugin cause a javascript conflict with the product save button in the woocommerce product card. When the plugin is active, you cannot click the save product button.

It doesn’t work after version 1.10. All subsequent versions cause a conflict with the product update button.

    Hi @webfantastic!

So sorry that you encountered this issue. We’ve been made aware of a problem that can occur when the product uses tags set as hierarchical. This can happen with some other third-party plugins active. The easiest way to tell if this is the case, is by navigating to the product edit screen and looking for the “tags” metabox on the right-hand side. If this is displayed with checkboxes rather than a text input box, then this is most likely the same error for you too.

The good news is that we’ve patched this up in v1.11.0, so I’d love for you to give us another chance and let me know if you’re still seeing the same issue! If you are seeing the same issue still, I’d love to have a chance to dig in deeper so we can get this patched up for good.

Would you please let me know if this still occurs in the latest version?

    Cheers,

    Simon.
