Plugin Conflict with WC Vendors Pro

Good Afternoon,

I am using WC Vendors Pro for one of my sites, and in the new update there is the functionality for a list of categories, when clicked, they then filter the categories on that page, only showing the products in the correct category.

This however doest work when YOST SEO is activated. I have checked all other plugins and the theme, to check for alternate conflicts, but there are none. Are you able to help with this and see what exactly the issue is with YOAST and WC Vendors is?
