    I purchased the plugin with the highest package available (Developer License)

    Upon installing the plugin I immediately found an issue with the Add-Ons being installed and activated but to appearing the menu. I contacted support and got a fairly quick response and they started troubleshooting. They identified an issue with the NextScripts plugin and told me they would look into it further and get back to me.

    24 hours later I still had no response and I found yet another issue. When the plugin was activated, a custom Post Types posts suddenly started showing up saying Cart Empty rather than showing the actual post.

    I updated the ticket and asked for a response but another 27 hours have gone by with no response at all.

    I highlighted for the fixes and opened a ticket immediately rather than posting here however I am extremely disappointed with the support and have been left no choice.

    I would not like to leave you a bad review as I believe your plugin has good potential however you need to reply to my tickets, sort out these issues or at least refund the money if you can’t!

    Since we have fixed all the issues with NextScripts plugin and custom Post Types posts, I’ll mark this one as resolved ??
