Hello guys, I’ve installed the plugin and all the sudden, I lost access to a page I created, named “dashboard”. Instead of showing the page’s content, it shows the blog archive. It doesn’t redirect to the blog’s page, just showing the page as if it was the blog page.

I know that the easy solution is to rename my page, from dashboard to something else, but I would prefer not to; I would prefer something more elegant and flexible.

    Thank you!

    Kind regards,
    Stratos

    Hi there, @snikolaidis,

Can you tell me what is the main goal of the Dashboard page you created when you installed Jetpack CRM?

At the moment, if I try to head to a /dashboard page on your site, I land into a wp-admin access page.

Happy to investigate further once we have more context and info! You can share screenshots if that helps. You can create screenshots using something like Snipboard or Imgur and post the link here.

    Speak soon!

Hello Stef, thank you for your reply; the website I’m referring to is the following:

    https://thumbsupsurvey.com/

And the dashboard page refers to the survey dashboard, it has nothing to do with the CRM. (Btw, the /dashboard page already existed, before I install Jetpack CRM, for which I do not want any frontend access, it’s for backend use only).

    I hope that this helps.

    Kind regards,
    Stratos

    Hi there, @snikolaidis,

Thanks for the additional information! The plot thickens here.
    To summarise:

At the moment, the /dashboard page leads me to https://thumbsupsurvey.com/wp-login.php which shows a ThumbsUp survey login form.

Can you tell me if you have disabled Jetpack CRM at the moment so to have this page online back again? If that’s so, can you confirm once again for me that the page goes down as soon as you activate Jetpack CRM?

I am thinking of a plugin conflict happening here. Let me know what you find out!

    Hello @snikolaidis

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
