    Hello,
I just installed woocommerce subscription plugin but unfortunately the plugin doesn’t seems to cooperate with your Multi step checkout. Could you help me see where it goes wrong?
I really love your plugin and my client also and i would like to keep working with it!

For adding a product in your basket you need to select a variant at “Smaak” selectbox then you go checkout…

    Kind regards
    Stijn h

    Hello,

I see the missing content for the Shipping, Order and Payment steps, but I don’t really understand the connection to the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin. The issue seems to come from a conflict with the Auros theme.

If you deactivate the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin for a moment, is the checkout showing alright?

I just deactivated the child theme / the Subscription plugin and that doesn’t seem the problem, why you suggesting the conflict comes from the Auros theme?

Is it possible that this plugin isn’t compatible with the latest wordpress / woocommerce

The plugin is definitely compatible with the latest WordPress and WooCommerce versions.

Looking into the page’s HTML it looks like the Auros theme modifies the checkout page so that it is not compatible with the multi-step checkout plugin.

You can solve this incompatibility issue by opening the child theme’s folder and create a folder called “woocommerce”. Then copy the /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/checkout/ folder along with all its contents into the newly created “woocommerce” folder from the child theme.

Don’t copy only the files of the “checkout” folder into the child theme’s “woocommerce” folder, but also the “checkout” folder by itself. In the end you should have a folder /wp-content/themes/your-child-theme/woocommerce/checkout with 13 files in it.
