    Here’s the translation to English:

When trying to connect my account (Pro version) through the plugin, I receive an error message:

“Something went wrong while attempting to connect Reported error: [http_request_failed] stream_socket_client(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages: error:14094410:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert handshake failure stream_socket_client(): Failed to enable crypto stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://app.optinmonster.com:443 (Unknown error) (status: 500)”

Does anyone know what might be happening and if there is a solution?

    Thank you!

    Hi @guiwebmais

Thanks for reaching out. How are you today?

It seems like a firewall or some other plugin is blocking the connection to OptinMonster.

Can you please disable any security plugins on your website and try again? Once you have connected, you can enable the plugins once again.

Looking forward to hearing how it goes.

    Hi @guiwebmais,

Just following up on this, were you able to check for a plugin conflict that may have triggered that error?

    Thanks!

It sounds like you’re good to go now. If you should find that the issue reoccurs or you still need help, please don’t hesitate to ask.
