[Plugin: Constant Contact for WordPress] Account Does not Show Up

First – let me say Thank you for developing this plug in – it was actually recommended by the folks at Constant Contact

I have followed the instructions and the first problem (which probably the only problem). Is that when I am working in the plug-in, I have put my username and password into the plug in and nothing shows up under; activities, import export or lists.

I am wondering if this is an issue with the theme I am using. Currently, I use the Builder Theme from iThemes. Seems to work well with other plug-ins – just can not get it to work for this one.
