[Plugin: Constant Contact for WordPress] Adding fields mappings to register page…help? Register Pl

At the bottom of the settings page, it says this:

“Note: the fields are not automatically added; you must use another plugin such as Register Plus to add the fields to your register page.”

However, this plugin has been discontinued. What now? I’ve tried to find a alternative plugin, but haven’t had any luck.

Anyone know how to make this work without Register Plus?
