[Plugin: Contact Form 7] 2 contact forms?

  • From what I can see it looks like that you have added the contact form to a page on a theme that already had a default contact page. You may want to create a new page called “Contact Us” or something similar and make sure it is just a default page. Then add the shortcode [contact-form 1 "Contact form 1"] to that page.
