[Plugin: Contact form 7 ]

Hi,

I have problem with Contact form 7.

1) I am running it on a wordpress multisite and have multiple forms configured. But when I embed any form on any of my sites it gives a default form and does not embed the form I want.

The form I get has the fields Name*,email address*,website and comments. I don’t remember creating a form like this and assume it might be a default form.

I have tried deleting the existing forms and creating a new form but the same default form keeps coming up.

2) I thought of deactivating the plugin but in my network admin I do not see the plugin listed. Though in the dashboard of all my sites I see the Contact button at the bottom of the menu.
