[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Add information depends what choose on select menu

I want do something like that, I tried use filtter but i’m doing something wrong…

Form:

[select menu-546 "first" "second" "third"]

Massage:

[menu-546] // first or second third
lorem ipsum...
//And next print text depends what someone choose

10 // if chose first
20 // if chose second
30 // if chose  third
