    I am trying to send an auto reply from the email address I am using with Contact Form 7. I receive the inquiry to my web mail address (with a text message attached) just fine. But the auto reply function (that I set up with my Network Solutions web mail) is not working. I have no attachments. I just want people to get a simple auto reply email saying “Thank you for your email….”

    Any ideas of why the auto reply is not working? I checked the auto reply with another email address and it is working so I am thinking there is something happening between the Contact Form and my web mail.

    The reason why the auto reply is not working is in your “Network Solutions web mail”, and I don’t think it is relating to Contact Form 7.

    Contact Form 7 offers you easier way than it, so you don’t have to use the web mail’s auto reply. You can use ‘Mail (2)’ feature of Contact Form 7, which is the best way saying “Thank you” to senders.

    Thank you very much. I was searching in the FAQ section and the forum for instructions on Mail(2) but I must have overlooked it. Again, thank you for the plugin and all your support!!
