[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Capturing Check Box Data in Email

    I have two check boxes in my form and I would like to capture the data from these checkboxes in the email that is sent to me. Can I do this and if so, can you tell me how?

    <p>Please check (required)
    [checkbox Dues “New Member – $20 for 1 year”]
    [checkbox Dues “Renewal – $20 for 1 year”]</p>
