mallsop, any files are writable if you allow writable access to them. Contact the support of your hosting server company.

I checked the perms on the server, but they are 644 or 664, which is good. I did use the captcha plug in for it too. Anyway I’ll monitor the site logs for strange activity.

Easydns blocked the scumbag’s service but the scumbag has moved on to another DNS provider (TODAYNIC.COM, INC.).

I had fixed the site url in the mysql db. Changed all sql/wp passwords.
