    Hi all,

I’m using the latest version of WordPress & have just installed the latest Contact Form 7. Unfortunately the “Contact” menu item it has added below “Pages” has replaced one of my custom types. (I don’t mean its bumped it down, it has literally replaced it). I can still navigate to the custom type listing page manually by going to /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=products but my client won’t be comfortable doing that.

Can someone tell me if this is a known bug with this version of CF7 or am I possibly adding my menu items incorrectly?

    Thanks, Mike

I don’t think it is a bug of Contact Form 7. How have you added the menu items for your custom post types?

Yeah, that was my fault in the end – i altered the menu_position value in my register_post_type call and my missing item reappeared. Thanks for your help
