[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Custom Form Not Staying Custom

  • I’ve never had this problem before … I have a quick subscribe form with only an email field.

    Email: [email* your-email]
    [submit “Send”]

    I’ve saved it. Added the [contact-form 2 "subscribe"] to my footer widget. but then it shows the standard contact form with “Name””Website” and “Comments box”.

    Any reason a saved form reverts to the standard?
