    Sorry for the delay! Can you please check what PHP version are you running WordPress on?

    To do so add var_dump(PHP_VERSION); to wp-config.php

    If your host has PHP < 5 then you must contact them and ask them to upgrade to the latest PHP 5 version. PHP 4 is both slow and a security risk.
