[Plugin: Contact Form 7] didn’t receive any email

    i installed the contactform 7 ver 1.9 in my blog (WP 2.7). it appears OK, and when i fill the fields, the text “Your message was sent successfully. Thanks.” appears.

    the problem is, i didn’t find any email from the contactform in my inbox. i’m really confused since i cannot find any incorrect things.

    here is my form code:

    Name (required)
    [text* your-name]

    Email (required)’
    [email* your-email]

    Message
    [textarea your-message]

    [submit “Send”]

    and here’s the code for sending email:

    To: [email protected]
    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>

    File attachment: (blank)
    Use html content type (checked)
    Message body: Message: [your-message]

  • fionaangelina, the code seems ok. Have you checked spam filters?

    btw, you don’t have to write your actual email address here. Spammers find you. You can use a dummy address instead.

    i’ve checked the spam in my email. still can’t found any email there. i try to change the email to my other email, but still no email.

    also i’ve just noticed, the email setting for a guestbook plugin (DMS Guestbook) also didn’t work well. i choose to check the email setting. so i’ll be notified if there is a new entry. but i didn’t receive any email (although the guestbook proven to be work well, ppl can add entry, and i can sort them)

    seems like all thing related to emailing didn’t work well

    thx for reminding me not including my real email address. but i can’t edit my post. is there any way to remove my email address from my post here? ??
