[Plugin: Contact Form 7 Dynamic Text Extension] Don't Show Dynamic Field if Empty

I would love to not include a field if it’s empty using the dynamic extension or just regular Contact 7.

For example:

Number of tickets [input field]
Number of Tshirts [input field]

If it’s 0, don’t show it at all in the email instead of
Tickets:0
Tshirts:0

That way I can do a lot of fields without clutter.

Also, it would be wonderful to add some text to the input before outputting if that was possible.
