[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Email formatting in MESSAGE field

Hello!

I am trying to create a field to show in the MESSAGE that looks like

From: Fred Flintstone <[email protected]>

But this does not work:

From: [your-name] <[your-email]>

It seems the < and > make the entire field be ignored.

I MUST have an email address formatted like this in the message body for my CRM software to recognize the contact.

Having this pre-formatted would save me quite a few clicks during the day.
