[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Email is not sent if I change [your-email] to [email protected]

Hi guys,
My Contact Form 7 installation works if I use [your-email] as the “To” value, but not if I use a static address such as [email protected].
How do I change the value for [your-email], and what do I do so that static “To” values will work?
