[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Error confirming mail sent

Hi,
I am having trouble with Contact form 7.
It is working apart from the confirmation message… I receive an email containing the correct details, however the page then redirects to id #wpcf7-f2-p10-o1 (https://www.priorarrangement.co.uk/contact#wpcf7-f2-p10-o1)Feel free to try the form here
Help would be really, really appreciated.
