[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Field doesn't show correctly

Hi,
I just installed the plug-In. I have customized code in the form and added some <TD> and <TR> tags to change the style of the form but when email comes to my inbox, It is like this:
From: <your-name>[your-name]
??it shows codes instead of the value of input fields.
What’s the problem of my form?
