[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Fields not showing in IE9 and completely disappearing titles when form is s

The fields in the form I have created disappear on IE9. They appear for just a moment and then disappear completely. I have tested a default contact form just to make sure it wasn’t my code causing this, and the same thing happens. They are there for just a split second, and then disappear.

You can still fill the fields out but they do not show up on their own. Then, if you submit a form that has a missing required field or bad email address, the whole page loads without any text at all, just the outlined fields that were incorrect. The titles to each field are gone and so are the fields.

These forms worked fine in Firefox and even IE 8, but for some reason 9 is just not liking it.
