[Plugin: Contact Form 7] File Upload – Files appear on FTP but not in E-Mail

Hello,
I use Contact Form 7 to enable Users to send Files to me.I use this code
[file* Foto filetypes:jpg|png|gif|bmp limit:2mb]in the Form and this code[Foto]in the E-Mail Form.I get the E-Mails and they just show the File name but no File is attached.
Shortly after Pressing the “Send” button I can observe the File appearing in the Temporary Folder “wpcf7_uploads” useing a FTP Program.
The files are deleted short after they appeared.On a German Blog I read that there can be some Problem with the Mail Host so I trie to use the WP SMTP Mail Plugin to send the E-Mails directly over SMTP.
Has not worked yet. All I get is the Text that the User filled out on the Formpage and the name of the File but not the File itself.
What can I do?
