[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Form won't work from the home page in IE on 2 sites

Further to my problem with CF7 not sending (spinning arrow) fron the home page in IE. I have tested it on another site with another host “Heart” and the same problem occures. The form will send from a contact page but will not send from the home page only in IE, firefox is fine.my site https://www.iecconnectsolar.co.uk/
