[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Format Change Plus Added Field

  • I’ve recently been using the Contact Form 7 on a couple of sites, with no problems until now.
    The form has suddenly changed and is now much larger, has an additional “Website” field which we have not added, and is also displaying field titles which do not match the original ones we assigned.
    Is there any issue or update affecting this or is this the result of some kind of hack?
    We’re extremely new to WordPress etc therefore any help would be very much appreciated.

  • You can first double-check the code for the CF7 form (the one you have to copy and paste) and make sure that’s the same as the one you intended to use in the above website. They could be different, thus the changes and new fields.
