[Plugin: Contact Form 7] General Settings has disappeared

I can’t find the general settings for Contact Form 7. I also do not see the the 3 contact forms I created. When I open up “Contact” that is on the left hand side of wordpress (right under “Settings”) it brings me to “Contact Form 1” – my other 2 contact forms are not showing up, I have no tabs or links to edit the general settings either.

I have tried to access the general settings through the plug in page and it brings me to “contact form 1”.
