Hello, Ive seen this question asked in the past but never answered and then the thread closed so here goes…
Is there a way to add input field within a checkbox option?
For example:AREAS OF INTEREST
Huntington Beach
Seal Beach
Newport Beach
OTHER _________________and allow you to tick OTHER and the form user can add their own city?
