[Plugin: Contact Form 7] How to add to only 1 page?

Hi,
I want to use a form only on 1 page but NOT inside the content but to the right, as if it was a widget. But if add it with a widget it’ll display on all of my pages and this form is just for one in particular.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
