  • If you have installed Contact From 7 properly, the shortcode is given at the top of the CF7 plugin settings page…Look on lower left of admin dashboard for ‘Contact’

Once you have that set right and haved grabbed the shortcode, create a new page and simply add the shortcode to the page…the page can include additional text/html and styling can be applied/modified.

If you want to add a link to this page/form to each post or page, review that with theme options or add the html directly to your php theme files where you want it to display on your site.

I also add it in the footer of my sites.

For [_post_author_email] tag, see Special Mail Tags.

I see, you want to add a special form field or ‘special tag’ as described in the documentation.

Create a form, add the ‘special tag’ shortcode to the form field section:

    [_post_author_email]

Save and then include that form’s shortcode in your post or page.

One can add any items from the list provided at your link or any from the form drop down menu item ‘Generate tag’ also.
