[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Internet Explorer and File Upload

When using the contact form 7 widget with IE the file upload area is not formated correctly. It shows a text box with the browse button immediately to the right. The same behaviour is in FireFox. Chrome is the only browser showing what I think to be correct.
