[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Link to Particular Field

Hi,
I want to set up a link that auto completes a field in a contact form.

If I was using a PHP form I’d use a link like https://www.example.com/registration.php?day=tuesday&time=6:15am (with registration.php being the page with the form and day and time being fields on the form)

Is there anything equivalent I can do with this plugin?
