[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Logged in Users can use form only.

Hi, is to possible to set that only logged in users can use the form? Ive been trying to figure this out and one method is using “if” statements but i am unable to insert them into the contact form. Also, Is it possible to have a field where it displays the username of the user, this way it would be easy to identify who used the form without fraud.
