[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Multiple fields across the page PLEASE HELP?

We can’t seem to figure out how you put multiple fields across the page. For example: First name – Last name or City, state, zip. They would be side by side, instead of one over the other.
I want the form to have the fields side by side. A whole width form.
How would I do this?
