    Hi there,
I am not receiving emails through my contact form. Here is the link to the contact page

    and here is the code.

    <p>Your Name<br />
        [text your-name] </p>

    <p>Your Email (required)<br />
        [email* your-email] </p>

    <p>Subject<br />
        [text your-subject] </p>

    <p>Your Message<br />
        [textarea your-message] </p>

    <p>[captchac captcha-918 size:s]
    [captchar captcha-918]</p>

    <p>[submit \"Send\"]</p>

Does anyone see a problem with this? I can’t for the life of me figure out why it’s doing this. I use google apps to host my email if that helps.

  • I have my hosting with Go Daddy and have the e-mail going to the address that the account is set up in and it is not a domain name so that is not the problem.
Thia morning I received five e-mails from over a week ago.
Will try a new one and see how it goes later today.

OK, went to bed last night frustrated with not receiving e-mails from my Contact 7 forms or my WordPress registration that has nothing to do with Contact 7.
This morning everything is working as normal on all forms and sign up on Wordprress. I did nothing to fix this, it just happened by itself. I also found this morning in my mail all of the previous e-mails I was not receiving. I think this was a problem at Go Daddy, not unlike Bluehost, but they seem to have fixed it for me.
Can everyone that has had fails on this please check again to see if yours is working as of today.

I got the same problem, it have worked for me but I don’t know why it’s stoped working since 1 month ago. I did not make any change .. I can’t get email through contact form 7.
    here is my contact page:

What other plugins do you have active?

I’m looking for another plugin which can replace contact form 7. Any helps?

Has anyone found a resolution to this issue? I set my form up tonight and I have tried several different computers, emails, ect… and the form does not send out emails.

The forms are all working for me. I have not changed my plugins, my form, or my e-mail and they are now working fine.
I have found that WP-SuperCache does not work well with my other plugins but WP-cache works fine.
I also removed all plug ins that were not active.
I tried another plug in before this started working called Formidable. Was easy to use, but did not receive e-mails from that either so deleted it and reactivated Contact 7 and everything has worked since then. It sometimes takes longer then others to get the e-mail, But I am getting them.

Looks like Contact 7 3 beta is out. Might fix this issue but it’s not stable yet apparently.

Whatever I tried here on this board, even the beta version, nothing worked.

I installed FS contact form and it worked straight out of the box, I’m receiving the emails instantly. This again proves the problem is with Contact form 7, not with the users.

Very sad not to have received any support from the author(s).

Not sure when/if my CF7 setup stopped working. Contacted webhost who instructed to email mail accounts within same domain only – sorted.

ie. a CF7 form on something.com will only send to @something.com addresses

Wanted to get this plugin bt i don’t think i’ll any longer

a CF7 form on something.com will only send to @something.com addresses

That tends to be specific to certain hosts only. Most notably, GoDaddy sites.

I have my site on Go Daddy and once I changed my e-mail to go to the same domain as the form was on it started woking fine. A Go Daddy tech person told me that was a spam protection. Not sure I agree, but it has been working fine since correcting the delivery e-mail.

Our issues is that it DOES NOT send the e-mail to the same domain.

So if our site is oursite.com it does not send to [email protected] BUT sends to other e-mail addresses.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this or what the solution might be?

Ask your hosts if they can check their smtp logs.
