[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Post-send border display error

Hi, Takayuki. Beautiful work on this very helpful plug-in!
I noticed on all iOS and Mac OSX browsers (Safari, FF, Chrome), the green/red/orange border you see after submitting the contact form does not display correctly.
As you can see in this screenshot, the border cuts into the text and fields of the form: https://virgilwong.com/test/confirmation-display-error.png
Could you point me to the appropriate PHP file and CSS code to fix this display – and/or make this fix in your next update?
