[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Radio and Check-Boxs not in email after upgrade

First of all…thanks for such a great plug-in! It’s been working very well until I upgraded WP from 2.9.1 to 3.0.4 and also updated CF7.
When someone fills in text it gets sent by email just fine.
But now the radio and check-box info isn’t showing in the email.
Here is a sample of the code:

Radio Button Example:
<p>1. How long have you had your business?
[radio biz-age “0-2 Years ” “3-5 Years ” “6-8 Years ” “8+ Years”]</p> and the tag in the email is: 1. How long have you had your business?: [biz-age]

Check-Box Example:
<p>7. Check off the areas you’d most like to work on…
[checkbox* areas-to-work-on “Marketing ” “Sales Process ” “Team Performance ” “Cash Flow Strategies ” “Customer Service ” “Processes ” “Leadership & Delegation ” “Other (Please Specify) “][text other]</p> and the email tag is: 7. Check off the areas you’d most like to work on:[areas-to-work-on]

Any ideas?
