[Plugin: Contact Form 7] – Refferal

Hello, I have a lyric site using wordpress, Its possible in contact form 7 to automatically write referal name of posts on a field.

Example:
User its in /akon/smack-that and click in contact form link,
now when its opened /contact-us to automatically write smack-that to referral field (that I have created in contact form)

or any dynamic link example /contact-us?%postname%=&%category%=

like get method.
