[Plugin: Contact Form 7] registration page to be edited by contact form 7

I have been told that the plugin I need to add a required checkbox to my registration page is Contact Form 7. I installed it, and I can’t seem to figure out how to get to the registration code to edit it.
Any suggestions? This is biggest hurdle left for me to be able to open the website!
