[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Require real email addresses/verification

I am tired of people using my contact form and putting in fake email addresses like “[email protected]” or “[email protected]”.
I want to be able to respond to the people that send emails through my contact form, or not accept their emails in the first place.
Is there a way to require someone to verify their email (like by emailing them a verification link like some sites do for new registrations) prior to their message being sent?
If not, that may be an idea for a future upgrade.
