[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Select contact form based on drop down values

I have 3 different forms for 3 types of user requirement.
I need user select his requirement from drop down menu (or radio button) so that a relevant form can be displayed Or the user is redirected to a page with that form.e.g Dropdown Value A –> Display form A
similarly for B and C.
