[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Set email subject in shortcode

Using CF7 2.4.4.
Is it possible to set the email subject in the shortcode?

I am using a single form in many posts. When the form is sent from the post I want to know which post it came from. My post template can generate a shortcode on the fly and call do_shortcode.
